Excellence in Physiotherapy and Pilates

Pilates at PhysioXtra is taught by highly skilled instructors, trained to the highest standard. Our studio is equipped with a full complement of Pilates studio equipment and in a mat class setting using Pilates small apparatus. Our team are all industry association members commited to on-going learning and best-practice. There are Physiotherapists on-site that are available to advise out Pilates teaching staff when needed.

  • Studio classes using Pilates equipment – limited to three people per class
